Bartley, Villain Progress

Progress update number 3 on a piece I've been working on for a bit now.

"He's the main villain from my recently completed D&D Eberron campaign, Lucius Bartley.
For now, suffice to say he is a human artificer of some power, and is a masterful manipulator, a cunning foe, and a deadly opponent. Essentially the Moriarty of Eberron."

This guy just bloody REFUSES to be done. Everytime i think i'm nearing the end, i decide to change things up a bit. Cape folds, magic, lighting, you name it. Well, i think i've finally got him in a position i like, so here he'll STAy until he's finished. I have a few other projects to work on for a bit, so personal projects like this one have to go on the back burner from time to time.
